The Retention Models Working Group will define criteria to prioritize retention proposals for Phase 2 using GreenGlass, the OCLC Sustainable Collection Services holdings analysis system. Examples of retention model criteria include:
- overlap within and outside of HathiTrustÂ
- existing retention commitments by other libraries
- desired number of copies
The Working Group consists of members of the Shared Print Advisory Committee* plus 6 additional members.
